ABOUT ME

Hey, I'm Carson!

I'm a firm believer stories can change the world. From expository works, to imaginative literature, to lyric poetry, the sharing of knowledge and experience mystifies the human experience for me. It's why I fell in love with storytelling and hold a passion for learning.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre from Illinois Wesleyan University. Where I don't have a degree in literature, I happily hold knowledge in understanding plots, character and world development, themes, and engagement potential.

This blog is a call to action I've given to myself. It will be used to review books, push myself to get personal work into the world, and share my mental health journey.
